CF Bacolod recently celebrated its 25 years of existence in the City of Smiles. Pagcor Bacolod opened its branch in Senyang , also in Goldenfields in 1986. Then in the 1990’s it transferred to the Little Cinema location which is now the Garden Royale. In the year 2000, it finally transferred to where it is now at the Garden Hotel. Pagcor later leased the whole space, operated the hotel and named it PAGCOR Hotel.

The branch did a lot of preparations for the event. 25 years Service Awardees prepared a music video of the song “What’s Going On” representing what they’ve been through for the pass 25 years. The 20 years of Service Awardees were also recognized and the model employees and supervisors awards were also rewarded.

One of the highlights of the revelry was the opening of the New Private Gaming Room with one midi and one mini table to cater the needs of our growing market.

The Employees Party headed by groovy Branch Manager Estrella Luz Cabebe who herself sported different Spunky Silver, was such fun. Employees contended with each other for the night’s best spunky attire and for the inter division’s presentation themed “Spunky at 25”

What Happened last Month?

Whew! I have been so busy lately? what has happened to me? I miss blogging!

When my birthday was fast approaching, I became excited to party with my friends. Afterall, I feel single again although not legally, so its time to gather the fun circle of friends that I have and some I have been missing and celebrated ‘singlehood’.

Last February 6 was my original birthday. I went to work because my grand party was supposed to be and was celebrated on the 9th when some of my friends flew in to also to watch the Azkals  vs. Mongolia match at the Panaad Stadium.

The original birthday was celebrated after the 4am shift at a good friend’s (Lourlyn) Karaoke Bar with some Pagcor friends, who sang Happy birthday to me repeatedly until 7 am of February 7. It was fun, the microphone was given exclusively to the celebrant.

Anyway came the 9th and what made it more meaningful, I was an usherette for the Azkals vs. Mongolia Match. The football game was fun tho, but I have to leave during the start of the second half to take care of my loyal friends who came to greet and celebrate life with me.

Specials thanks to friends who flew in from Manila to see me, namely Ziggy and Jawneh. I understand Tina wasn’t able to make it cause of the measle thing and later on, the family way blessing (thank you Lord). Also, for the friends who shared blessings, Lina, Gina, Rex, Joseph, Rene, Lourlyn, (all for food and drinks) Bart and  Dino (for the lechon), Dioden (for the CD’s) for making the preparation easier that it was supposed to be for a late celebrant.

The party couldn’t have been that fun if not for the presence of good company — Jun Jun, Itik, Ma-an, Honey, Aissa, Brent, old friends Tope, Tina and Ting Ting, Pagcor Friends headed by BM Babes, Kings of Pit Dante Hinlo and Choy Ampil, relatives — Palanca family (always there for me, I swear) and to my beloved family members, Michael, Dennis, Maricar, the kids , my beloved Joco, Nonoy who cooked some of the foods, Cousins Manang Riza, Manong Ronnie,Raymund , Grace and Randy who are family too.

Thanks also old capitol friends, Gary Acuña, Dina, Ian de Ramos, Patrick, Avelyn Maranon, the 80′s dj’s and a lot more..

What more can I ask for? I have a family who are always there, supportive, loyal and fun loving friends, and after the legal battle, I guess I’d finally be happy again with …..

Casino Filipino Opens Arcade in L’ Fisher

“On October 17, Bacolod City will finally witness the transformation of Casino Filipino Bacolod’s transition into a superior gaming facility as it inaugurates a new Arcade at the L’ Fisher Chalet Hotel. Aside from a wide selection of slot machine units located in the smoking and non smoking areas, some upgraded facilities were specially designed to cater to the needs of our beloved senior citizens and those physically challenged. Nightly musical entertainment plus a whole lot more complete the package of this latest Pagcor innovation,” Bacolod’s dynamic and sanguine Branch Manager Estrella Luz Cabebe proudly announces as she invites everyone to come and witness the unveiling of the newest offering of Casino Filipino Bacolod.

In line with the branch’s quest to enhance its gaming service and facilities for its faithful patrons, the Bacolod PAGCOR Club is moving a block away to a new location at the ground floor of the New L’Fisher Hotel Chalet along Lacson St., the main thoroughfare of the City.

New place, new ambiance, new luck! Initially, the Slot Machine Department is bringing in 160 slot machine units including the latest link machines like the Sports of King, Fire and Ice, Jackpot Party and Jackpot Carnival for the amusement of Bacolod City’s slot machine aficionados.

The new PAGCOR CLUB will be launched on October 17, 2010 at 10 o’clock in the morning in conjunction with the 24^th Anniversary Celebration of the Branch and Bacolod City’s celebration of the famous MASSKARA Festival. The arcade’s soft opening happened October 11, 2010.
